Information

Creel is a destination full of history and tradition. Its surroundings full of pines and oaks invite you to adventure, which you cannot miss during your visit to Chihuahua. This Magical Town also called “Estación Creel” invites you to revive your adventurous spirit in its grandiose and impressive scenery such as Las Barrancas del Cobre. On the foundations of an old convent is the Museum of San Ignacio de Loyola or Museum of Sacred Art, a building built by Tarahumaras with thick adobe and stone walls. It has several rooms that house an interesting collection of 45 paintings of sacred art, collected from the old Tarahumara cult centers.
